Life drawing is a regular part of my practice and a space for experimentation. Working quickly and intuitively from the figure, I move between watercolour, soft pastel, oil pastel and markers, allowing each material to produce a different kind of line, colour and physical presence. These drawings are less about perfect observation and more about immediacy: capturing bodies, gestures and moments as they unfold.
